Very kind of you, but my very straightforward question - about pooled rainwater and apparent roof leakage - isn't answered at all, is it?
Maybe someone in the know, like the ever-helpful Natterjack, could provide an answer?

The simple answer is that some of the roof drainage outlets are not sealed yet. All will be connected properly in the near future.

I thought Swansea men just gave the old dear a slap. Used to stay in Swansea with frinds of ours and their neighbour was a steel worker from Port Talbot. He was constantly cuffing his wife - quite firmly - if she did something he perceived to be wrong (like making his tea too slowly).
