Because they've realised that there are a number of people who signed up friends and family to the gold scheme and that unless they also added a payment method for each friend, the tickets didn't process........The system didn't tell you to add a payment method for each friend.
Beware............it seems that if you signed up friends and family for Gold Membership, if you only entered payment details once (for yourself) that whilst you will have your ticket (confirmed by e-mail), friends and families will not. Need to call the ticket office before 2pm tomorrow to...
I know travel / P&R are not in the price of Reading tickets. I have a parking season ticket at the Bridge, can I use it on Saturday as in prior seasons or do I have to pay extra ? It's not clear in the club comms which I have seen.
UPDATE: Issue was Intel Anti-Theft service, when I reactivated this morning everything stopped working again........ Got to work out whether it's more important to track my laptop or play FM2013 ???
Unfortunately not, must have been something somewhere in the Windows build. Re-installed all software I had on it previously and still works with no issues. Lucky it was a new bit of kit and I could do that...........support really was awful. It's well worth it though, just taken the boys...
OK, managed to get it working. Having verified caches, installed / uninstalled Steam, removed AV software etc etc etc, I did a Windows refresh. It works....... Now re-installing the software that was on my machine item by item to try and work out what was blocking it........
