A couple we know well from East Sussex are looking down here in Dorset. Small towns, good facilities, beaches, less cold than Scotchland, friendly folk, great roads and rail links. House prices very good compared to SE. Downside is the long drive to The Amex or a slightly torturous train...

Bit surprised today because I ate well this week. Could be a blip. I need to stay focused over the weekend. No pies at Bmuff!!
That's my big change too.
London has been a success. Not eating snacks, declining biscuits in a meeting (they got me a banana), Healthy options for supper. I haven't cracked this but good new habits starting to form.

No scales in my hotel, so no weigh in. But I channelled this thread and picked up salad from Waitrose last night and having yogurt for brekky. Thanks for being on my shoulder.
