[NSC] Life Choices- Moving From Brighton

If you love the cosmopolitan life that Brighton offers then seriously consider all your options before you leap into places like Dorset or Norfolk. I lived and worked in Dorset and if you are fine turning your back on modern city life that’s ideal but I found it constricting and boring after a...

[Humour] My cat is a fascist

Our visiting cat bought a gift of a live mouse into our bedroom last night. I spent an hour chasing the cat and mouse around the house until I caught the mouse and put it out. Are you sure your cat hasn’t been exposed to your old tapes of Larry Grayson and Dick Emery? I think that’s more likely...

[Sussex] Lesser-known seaside town locals say is 'cheaper Brighton' is UK's craft beer capital

I used to live in Worthing many years ago, times of drinking at the Thieves Kitchen and post pub trouble at the taxi rank. Worthing used to have brilliant pubs like the Cider Bar, Wine Lodge, and Old England. I return on occasions and it’s sad to see the department store gone and the shopping...

[NSC] Wristwatches,do you wear one ?

Check with your home insurer first, it may already be covered depending on value but you may need to register as a separate item. Also ask if it’s covered if lost/stolen outside the home, some insurers depending on value also stipulate a fixed safe.

[NSC] Wristwatches,do you wear one ?

Sorry just seen this. Glad you got it sorted, but the seals should have protected it even with the crown out on this type of divers watch. It sounds like the seals are perished and probably worth servicing your watch. Alternatively water may have also got in by damage of the glass.
