Some of the goings on in grass roots football has been a real eye opener for me. I hope all the county leagues take a zero tolerance on such things and actually see it through although I accept that’s probably easier said than done.

I always go to the home games with my son as we’re both season ticket holders however away games I mostly go on my own due to loyalty points and money. He’s 15 so I’ll still be buying his ticket, travel, food and drinks as I do at home games.
