Bloody awful, surely the sane response would be to rescind the yellow/ban (I don't blame the ref for giving it to him, rock and hard place) and punish the offending club, regardless of the number of 'fans' involved.
It's the only way you'll encourage clubs to ban the knuckle dragging morons.
That seems a little harsh, I can't imagine she thought that footballs fans would be looking at her Facebook for things to kick off about.
It's quite sad really.
Edit; Forgot to say that, yep, I'd imagine that her son is a healthy mix of fuming and embarassed.
What. A. Fight.
Personally had Wlad down to win it but so so glad to be wrong, was the dream scenario (for me) of AJ winning but WK looking bloody good regardless.
Unusual to see Hearn completely dodge the post fight chat, presumably he's as surprised by how that went as everyone else is.
That's an excellent wiki copy/paste there, not really helping to make your point though?
He made mistakes, he's worked hard and come good. Is that not something to be respected or do previous indiscretions (seemingly pretty minor in the grand scheme of things), for which the deemed punishment...
Of course, I forgot about the mistake made in his youth that he's clearly worked hard to put behind him, obviously he's never now going to be more than gutter fodder.
I very much want Joshua to win, seems a nice bloke and amongst a sea of tosspots in boxing that's something to be valued.
Sadly, I think it'll be Klitschko that takes it (who also seems a thoroughly decent bloke).
Seems to be a mix of smug prickery and happy to see a new face from those I've spoken to.
The divide appears to be; 'Big' club = smug, other clubs = welcome to the party (Palace likely excluded from that).
I read it more as a; 'Yes m'lud I went through the red light but that's only because the system put them there in the first place, if they stopped putting traffic lights on roads I couldn't have done it in the first place. Innocent!'
You're right, it is surprisingly feasible that his act of petty vindictiveness would be something that has absolutely no bearing on anyone whatsoever, whislt also being something only he'd know about...that'll show them.
Quite sad that he doesn't seem to realise that his reasoning for the...
Yep, he claims that not being in the match squad meant he had no way to influence the game...seemingly ignoring that he'd have information few others would as well as access to the players.
Not his fault though remember.
