Cheers! I’m officially cancer-free now so it’s just the 3 monthly checks from now on thank goodness. I fear my days as a swordsman may be over though, bloody old age.
Some of you may be aware that a long term Albion fan has decided not to renew his ST due to the fact that (allegedly) the club has cancelled his son’s ticket due to non-attendance. I had an operation to remove my prostate in October and had to miss some home games so I thought I would check in...
I don’t use Facebook, Twitter/X or Instagram and never have done. In fact my only online interaction is good old NSC. I have come under pressure from friends and business associates to engage with social media but I have always resisted and I firmly believe that my life and my mental health is...
For those of you who I are interested, Dave Rowntree will be in the Wheatsheaf, Cuckfield tomorrow night between 5.30 and 7.30 to answer any questions you might have about his candidacy. I have known Dave for many years and he’s a good bloke.

Well I thought so. But on reflection I guess that’s not an entirely acceptable thing to say, so I would like to amend it to ‘unnecessarily and perilously adventurous’.
What do I know? It’s all about opinions, I would have liked us to have been a bit less gung ho and a bit more patient. I don’t like the conservative (or big ’C’) approach but we‘ve all seen the Dyche game enough times to know not to set out like we did today.
