    [Politics] Donald Trump, US President

Just reading the last dozen posts, this seems to have been a successful negotiation for America and Colombia. And more importantly for America, the news/publicity of people being returned to their country is a warning shot for others. Love him or hate him, it looks like DT has done something...

[Politics] Are Labour going to turn this country around?

Its being reported that the day Starmer visited Southport to lay a tribute in light of the awful child killings (for all of 19 seconds) he was driven straight back to the capital to attend a Labour victory celebration party. Not really an appropriate thing to do in my opinion.

    [Politics] Donald Trump, US President

Chill out…. The Paris agreement probably won’t do sod all for “climate change”. The same as our local neighbourhood watch didn't stop the car down the road being nicked last year. The WHO hasn’t exactly proven its self to be a worthwhile organisation in the last few years… And im guessing...

    [Politics] Donald Trump, US President

    [Travel] Thailand

The fisherman village market in Koh Samui on a Friday and Saturday night. Lots of lanterns and food/drink stalls. It was excellent when we went many years ago. Bangkok… No my cup of tea. 2 nights was enough. Don’t pay for excursions to temples, 9 times out of 10 it’s a rip off. Once you’ve...

[Technology] Main connected smoke alarm beeping help

Replace the battery with the correct 9v battery type (chemically speaking). It will say what battery type on the unit. But first its worth checking the end of life date on it. These thing do have a life span. The Aico ones have a small sticker visible from the side with the replace by date.

Good point. But does this particular topic of child child grooming gangs deserve a government inquiry?
