[Albion] Brighton & Hove Albion vs Tottenham Hotspur *** Official Match Thread ***

Negative first: another set that don't want to work with Jose. Positive: that should be in the Oxford video dictionary as a definition of "Team" Message for Monsieur Trossard - I know GP wants possession as key, but sometimes, PLEASE, risk possession with a run, or a speculative shot

    Black and White

Bless. Takes all sorts to make a world and bullying/intimidating others that aren't a mirror of one's self must be so control freakerying frustrating. Unless I've mistaken cynical nasty impotent hatred for wit?

Arsenal vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

Didn't know it was 12 kickoff - will miss the start - looking forward to meeting the amateur Arsenal fans in the pub

    Black and White

Apologies if I've missed a similar remark, but are there any other PL BW striped (@home) teams left for Brighton to beat? Monotone cursed - Arggh!

    Today's PL matches

I'm trying to be impartial, but probably woukd not like an Arsenal win. Almost p1553d myself laughing when rhe Arse fan cheered so loudly at the side netting and post shots - maybe it's their first football game? Edit - now supporting Chelsea, guy in an Arse shirt reminds me too much of the Fast...

Oh well, I dropped it on its head and snapped its hat, can now fill it with sand to use as a door stop

I'm A Lestah gnome etc Tasteless and worryingly bought pre pub - reduced to a tenner in the official merchandise shop by the market, could put a Brighton badge over LCFC. About to hide on other half's flat balcony - shame that I probably won't be there to hear the scream when it's found :)

    21 mile walk...

I try to do at least one marathon walk per year - that's walking to the coop and eating 26 snickers. Nah, like to do a 26 miler on a fasting day, usually at the end I have a couple of pints and the carb rush is really odd. Last big walk was Enderby to Coventry, 23 miles, but used to walk with...

    Leicester, but not the football

'salright for you, barman persuaded me to try a pint called Goats Milk - was looking forward to a couple more end of weekend pints - why does my lager lout mouth risk aley shite - freezer vodka it is then

    Homophobic Leicester fans

In my limited Lestah experience - 3 years - I have heard virtually no homophobic abuse, but have been shocked by the level of spoken racial hatred and so little integration. On the terraces, so much adolescent chanting attacks lowest point - Chelsea chanting murderers to Liverpool is I think...

Apologies if already posted. Thought this was someone boasting about a high sperm count - easier to count 'em on a microscope slide

    [Albion] Maty Ryan. Discuss.

I saw two goals he let in for Oz against Germany and said that he looked very suspect, rooted to the spot, reflexless. And he's played in the same style for Brighton.

Simples - Kayal on Granby Street - any restaurant with a Brighton players' name by has to be a winner - seriously, it's such a good Keralan restaurant that it stops me exploring - you get heat with flavour rather than a sledgehammer. Brunch, Delilah; Premier Inn; Knight and Garter; Cosy Club...

    Leicester trains

There's hardly anywhere that I think twice to visit. You'd have to really have to have a terrible sense of direction if you managed to wander to the wrong estate pub - even I don't collect pubs that are that local. I've never managed to walk in to the Market Tavern, my feet make me walk in a...

The New Walk museum is not huge, but it's got some great German expressionism paintings, the Picasso ceramics are worth seeing and the exhibition of A Prince's Tour of India has some scary daggers - links to Brighton, Prince Albert, Pavilion

Loaded Dog is good for watching live sport - good range of lagers and a few ales. When sport not on it is a bit of a student pub, but they're all on their hols right now. New Walk is the preferred alfresco tinnie area.
