the six(?) players we've signed so far have nil experience of playing in England, let alone the Premier League. Why are doing the same with strikers ? Deeney would be a great signing, alongside a.n. other more mobile youngster......Jose perhaps ?
It appears that your subscription only works in the region you bought it. I bought a uk subscription for £45 but I'm in Austria tonight and it doesn't work. Rubbish.
Didn't take up the option of a further 2 years at Melbourne Victory to keep his family in England so Sheree can be close to her mum while she battles cancer.
Did OK last season, stayed fit during a 27 game season. Showed flashes of his old self and was head and shoulders above the majority of...
Victoria have roadside random drug tests using a saliva sample. Been stopped at a 'Drug Bus' a couple of times.
They test for THC or amphetamine and if they find it your license in saliva your license is suspended pending a blood test.
These tests have been unreliable at best and often...
"victory the brave" and it is another awful abomination carried over from AFL.
I don't get the people who dont go cos the standard is 'poor' - how else will it get better other than people going?
The "mighty" Melbourne Victory. The one thing I missed when I moved out 10 years ago was going to watch live football. Am a founder member and even been to a few away trips.
The names are a bit odd, but you get used to it. The local market loves a nickname, so to fit in they gave all the teams...
Having recently moved in to a new apartment and am in the mood to put some new pictures or artwork up on my virginal, white walls, but don't really know what.
Have just bought one of Bonny Cummings prints, "Flying High" so that will be one wall looked after.
NSC, what do you have on your walls?
he strolled round for about 88 minutes all in all.
decided to go in the end, tickets were nearly double the cost of a normal league game, but am sure it was my last chance to see Beckham play in the flesh.
I agree with the OP, he does still have it, some of the crosses he put in were begging...
Was brilliant.
Kick off at midnight in Melbourne, listened to the Seagulls World build up until that Fox Soccer stream came on. Laptop plugged into the Telly and I was sorted.
Would happily pay good money for that each week.
Heading to AAMI park to see Melbourne Victory take on Celtic. First live football since v Southampton in April. I fear it will not be as warm... (or exciting)
Seen him murder Melbourne Victory down the flanks a couple of times.
Defo worth a look. More inclined to think he is a winger than striker, but If Gus likes him then that'll be enough for me.
