Didn't have enough loyalty points to buy a ticket but got them from someone who did - and a bit annoyed that this resulted in them picking up more points.
Being charitable, I'd guess there were some who bought tickets thinking they might be able to go though weren't sure, but thought they might...
Sitting in WSU when, down on the pitch in front of me, Knockaert dances into the box and just as I'm about to despair at him keeping the ball for too long again, he does what he does - again.
The ball's played to March and now, now it's time and March slots it home.
It's 2-0 and that's it, we're...
Normally for any south London games it's somewhere around London Bridge - Market Porter or Royal Oak.
But no trains to Charlton tomorrow from London Bridge - they're only running from Victoria or Blackfriars.
Neither are particularly great for pubs IMHO with a lot of the ones around...
Was surprised to see Zola and Tanno on my way back from QPR on the 2252 London Victoria to Faversham service. They got off at Bromley South. I didn't realise they had been at the game. Zola seemed very accommodating to all sorts of people who were stopping to have his picture taken with him etc
Have ordered two and still not arrived today.
Ticket office said they were sent out seven days ago.
Said to ring again tomorrow if they had not arrived by midday (not holding my breath) - apparently they will arrange duplicate tickets to be sent to Villa.
Reckon it could be a problem if this...

The FA, which is running the campaign with support from the Metropolitan Police, wants to rid grounds of all homophobic chants which, it believes, should be treated in the same way as racist abuse, an offence for which offenders can be banned from football grounds and...

FOOTBALL TO PUNISH GAY TAUNTS ON THE PITCH AND TERRACES
Homophobic football fans and players will face the same tough penalties as racists as part of a new campaign involving the police and the Football Association....
It would mean an end to the taunts endured by followers...
I was sitting in the Dr. Martens stand almost at the other end of the ground as we couldn't get tickets for the Brighton end. All I could ever hear from West Ham was the bubbles song when the PA played it at the beginning of each half - except for one poor bloke who kept jumping up making wanker...
ODPM: "John Prescott would like further evidence that Falmer is the best option available"
sounds positive
Brighton’s plans for a new 23,000 all-seater stadium at Falmer are on hold after Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott re-opened the inquiry into possible sites for the club’s new ground...
I am a reporter and rang the press office just now but they said there was no embargoed announcement and would only say there would be something tomorrow morning. She would not specify a time and also sounded a bit flustered as if she had loads of people ringing about it. Reckon the other number...
Another classic from Forest last season. They were 3-0 up and the stadium was full due to £5-a-ticket offer to boost midweek attendance. A few hundred BHA were jammed in a corner of the City Ground making ten times more noise than them. All the Forest lot could muster were occasional mexican...
Poor old Flitney, his heart's in the right place but the ball's in the stand. Made one very good save and overall I thought was decent shot stopper - unfortunately his positioning and distribution were terrible. Tried to encourage those of us stood behind the goal with clapping and shouting but...
Haven't posted on here before... but happen to know the story was written by an albion supporter. It's all true, but he was more than happy to stitch up the scummers.
