It'll be tough I am sure but I think we'll have a reasonable chance of staying up next season.
We've proved over the last couple of seasons that we're at a similar level to both Burnley and Newcastle, and Burnley may well be losing their best player this summer.
We're better than whoever wins...
I have to say, apart from possibly not being able to compete yet with some of the more established premier league teams when it comes to wages, we will be a really attractive proposition for a lot of decent players next season:
Premier league football
Regular first team football
State of the...
I think either Massive or Fulham will do it.
From an Albion point of view, I am not too fussed about who wins as we've proved that we're better than all four teams involved. But perhaps would rather either Fulham or Reading as it would be another local away day!
Well if anybody falls into the top couple of categories then please send me a DM as I'd gladly take a couple of tickets off your hand for me and my son!
If this season is anything to go by, I expect that we'll be strong and difficult to beat at home and really struggle away from home.
I'm hopeful we'll be able to spring a few surprises during the season, and be able to compete well with the lower league sides like Burnley, Bournemouth, Watford...
Done, good luck with your studies.
One thing that I didn't notice in the survey that has a big impact on the enjoyment of a football match, would be the performance/result of the team you are supporting. I doubt Arsenal fans would be enjoying their football experiences recently, whereas we're...
Kind of have to agree, he really didn't start very well at all and rarely won the aerial battle with Donaldson. Second half he was great though! Thought Tomori was every bit as good in the time he was on the pitch, just without the mistakes that Uwe made in the first half.
I had no idea who...
There are so many contenders.
You can't ignore just how important the likes of Stephens and Baldock have had on the team. They may not be the most 'fashionable' choice, but our record when either of these players is out of the team is there for all to see.
Murray/Dunk/Duffy/Bruno/Knockaert...
If all were fully fit, I would probably have Bong there. Being left footed, he provides a nice balance on that side of the field, and can be a real threat on the overlap with balls into the box.
Second choice for me would be Liam. I think his professionalism and understanding with the rest of...
Dunk; easily the best CB in the league, doesn't even make the squad? Schindler shouldn't be anywhere near the team, he's not even Hudds best CB.
Huddersfield have basically conceded the same amount of goals this season as Wigan (43 vs 44).
Classic perseus.
Standouts for me were Huenemeier, Kayal and Tomori (despite his one error in giving away the penalty). Would give them all a 7.5 or 8 out of 10.
The rest were OK. It was a fairly decent performance all in all, and on another day we actually could have stolen a victory. On the balance of play I...
Got to think the boys will be well and truly fired up to try and take advantage of this slip up.
A 9 point gap at this stage of the season, with our remaining fixtures, would be absolutely massive.
I would go as far to say... if we win tomorrow, I think we're as good as up.
Can't really see anything other than Hudds and Newcastle wins from those fixtures, but stranger things have happened. If we can lose 3-0 away to Forest then anything is possible.
