Baker-Boaitey got a few minutes at the end of the match - the rest, not so good.

[Football] Who do you want to triumph in tonight's HUGE relegation six-pointer?

Loving Jesus does not equate to hating homosexuals - you're getting confused with the old testament and hard-line Islam. This is a tolerant country, which is fine; to be tolerant doesn't mean completely agreeing with, and supporting, something. This, sadly, is something the uber-tolerant can't...

    [Misc] The New Jaguar

That's pretty much what I think it does look like! Look like it's probably land-mine proof, but guess it can't carry many troops!

Yes, he certainly wasn't in either of those squads. With his injury - and the logical assumption that he will be sent somewhere else on a better loan when he's recovered - I'm surprised he's still at Hull anyway; I'd have thought he'd be doing his recovery back home with the Albion.

2000 km? I take it you're visiting New South Wales in January then - otherwise your geography isn't much better than her's!

[Travel] Sentencing for 110mph wankpanzer driver. (Sorry can't find original thread)

Trying to imagine myself in the parents' position, I think it would be quite possible for the tears to be both for the victims and for a son who was going to prison for 13 years; I'd hate what he'd done, but he'd still be a son that I loved.

"... ... ... thought the big No. 4 that came on for us had a decent game too, good tackler and physical presence for us." That 'Big no. 4' was our Ben Jackson  - perhaps his loan at Livi is going to turn out OK.

    [Albion] What's missing?

Conference League (although I know it's not as prestigious as the CL and Europa) would be a brilliant outcome for us! Chance to cut our teeth properly in European competitions (and maybe even win one!) and then - with luck - move on to bigger stuff the next season. "Oh sh!t - we're in the...

[Albion] FA Cup third round draw - Norwich away

Banana skin. :( Apart from one of Arsenal and Man. Utd. going out, City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Villa and Newcastle all handed free passes to the fourth round. :( :(

[Albion] Facundo Buonanotte **On Loan To Leicester 10/08/24**

He (Enciso) would doubtless have had more game time if he was on loan at Leicester instead of Buonanotte!

Beadle in goal for Massive - no clean sheet today though; almost there for a point though*. In the cup, Offiah played 68 minutes for Blackpool against Birmingham (they lost 2-1). Last year's POTS at Northampton, Marc Leonard, finally got a start for Birmingham. * Not just one point - a late...

    [Misc] COVID… again

Never had it. Had all the jabs whenever they came up. Used to test when visiting my very sick (now no longer with us) brother). Was one of the 'Vulnerable Group', so complete isolation in lockdown - friends and family not living nearby, so no permitted 'support group' either. Only 'contact' was...

O'Mahony on for ten minutes for Pompey, then off injured. :( In the Albion derby at Stoke, Moran subbed on, Sarmiento subbed off. Doyle gets a few minutes too.
