Yeah that's a fair point, I just think after an injury lay off he's back on the fringes of the squad and will have to play his way in. I agree he's a brilliant player. Same goes for Alzate, he's played plenty of Premier League games for us and done really well, but after his loan he'll be back...
Greek NBA player Giannis Antetokounmpo spoke about this really well recently, just saw this earlier and thought it was brilliant.
Note - I don't like basketball at ALL and you don't have to in order to enjoy what he's saying.
Which of our fringe players do you think could play their way into our starting 11 over the course of next season?
I know Facu and Billy have started a few games recently but this has been down to injuries to other players, but generally, our midfield has been a combination of Mac Allister...
Some of my mates are genuinely season ticket holders at Pogon Szczecin (who we initially signed him from) and they reckon he's actually quite good.
They definitely bottled it in key run of games in April:
2-0 against Liverpool, ended up drawing 2-2 including an 87th minute equaliser
Next game, 2-0 up against West Ham after 10 minutes, ended up drawing 2-2
Next game, 2-0 down against Southampton after 10 minutes (sh!sitting themselves)...
All the best mate, my Dadβs in his late 80s and just had him admitted to hospital here in Athens a few hours ago I think heβll pull through, but seemed touch and go for a while. Raising an Alfa here to all Dads!
I wonder if Stoke get promoted to the Premier League if Naylor would become the Athleticβs Stoke analyst paving the way for some new blood when it comes to Albion coverage.
Just this! Outsiders still donβt get it, to replicate our model youβd need to find a lifelong fan, whoβs a billionaire genius that specialises in analysing football data.
Brentford and Benham are similar I suppose, with the obvious links to Bloom in the past.
