I booked through this site too and then panicked when they e-mailed me from a gmail account. Do we know they are defo legit?
D'oh- meant to quote this in my post above
Can't be arsed to trawl through the whole thread to see if this has been said before, but those ball throwing things that dog walkers use. Sheer GENIUS and such a simple idea.
Yes to all of those questions. I reckon in 5 years most new cars will be hybrid/electric. I bought my car for £10k with 60,000 miles on the clock. It has heated leather seats, DVD/HDD player, DAB radio, preheat function (which is AMAZING in Winter), reverse parking camera, parking sensors and is...
Obviously depends on your tariff/supplier but for me it works out roughly £1 for a full charge which gives me 30-50 miles depending on weather conditions/driving style
Fair point! I guess I was thinking more of having to fly with food poisoning or the like and being constantly in and out of the toilet.
Thankfully I've never experienced turbulence quite that bad before!
Yeah I think you are right. I got mine second hand for a really good price. Obviously there is risk attached due to them being discontinued but currently my nearest Vauxhall dealership still supports it for servicing etc. Nicest car I've ever driven.
I drive a plug in hybrid. Gets about 30-50 miles on pure electric before switching over to petrol. I absolutely love it, rarely use petrol except on long journeys and even then get about 60-70MPG depending on how heavy my right foot is.
Sadly they no longer make the car I own (Vauxhall Ampera)...
I've visited it several times while staying with my parents and I love it. Nice little cafe/restaurant that does an excellent fish and chips with some decent ales on tap. The museum/gift shop building is nice too and a good way to spend 5-10 minutes learning about the history of the...
Murray/Dunk/Duffy/Izquierdo will obviously get most of the praise tonight but thought Gaetan Bong was excellent. Looked comfortable on the ball, couple of good runs forward and coped with Antonio really well. Great to have two quality left backs competing for a first team slot
I agree on not revealing who the liar was. It's a bit like those horror films where the tension/fear is brilliant until the monster is unveiled and then the whole thing becomes a bit 'meh'
This is true, but I can see it working away from home perhaps, when we are looking to stretch teams on the break. Knocky and March are more than capable of coming inside and looking for a pass/shot instead of a cross as well
Nice list but I think I'd have gone for Regular Urban Survivors as my Terrorvision album. Could be rose tinted specs though as it was the first CD I ever bought!
Nine Inch Nails- The Downward Spiral. A masterpiece concept album from start to finish
Nirvana- In Utero. Can't think of a single 'filler' on this album. Full of excellent tracks
Manic Street Preachers- Everything must Go. Absolute classic album
