Sadly true. I played poker in the pub a few nights before, and one of the players there then tested positive the following day after the poker, so that's probably where i caught it from
Ended up spending the day isolating away from everyone else
Depends if you look at it as
a) farmer will have to pay more to get enough staff to pick his crop, by paing more in wages
or b) it's better to lose his crop to maintain his price point, and would they continue to do that year after year
- Clearly the farmer in question there is wanting cheap...
There are those that would gain, and those that would lose, and some who will have noticed no difference if Brexit had been able to play out without the other global events impacting global economies.
Take this story for example...
Sadly we will never know the true effect of brexit, if other events hadn't also played a massive part in effecting the globe, from the pandemic to the war in Ukraine and the cost of living crisis that sparked

How hard would it have been to have the queue in the road going to the right for ticket reprints, and a queue in...
We arrived before the turnstiles opened, and asked the stewards standing on the corner, near the entrance to the South stand away end where those with tickets already should queue
They said join the shorter queue, and as we did, it moved forward and we ended up outside the turnstiles just past...
I haven't read all the recent posts about the ticket collection issues but my take on some things from that fiasco.
The Charlton stewards were absolutely hopeless, there was no organisation or segregation of those with tickets and those queuing to collect theirs, meaning a lot of fans could...
Players staying on their feet after a robust challenge rather than already starting to fall over as they anticipate (minimal) contact that we see nowadays
Brazil got to keep the trophy after their 3rd win, but seeing as it was then stolen (again) and has never been recovered probably put FIFA off from permanently awarding the trophy to a nation again
Fox M - you'll need to transform this clue so the M is first
Purple thing- what the symbol?

Bees nest, concentrate more on what the flying things might do
Looking back at your tournament recap, and realised just how lucky i got to win this.
There were only 3 players that i would have beaten (and 1 i would have drawn against) with my 2nd round predictions, and i was fortunate to face one of them (also helped by my opponent missing half the games...
