actually yes I have, with some of my "friends" in the nearby Brighton end pointing us out to the Palace! We had no bother though, had enough sense not to do anything to wind them up too much. No real fans gonna have a problem if they're sensible and show a bit of respect.

I don't see the problem if they're sensible. I've sat with opposition fans at home and away many times and quite like to get the opposition perspective on a game and a bit of info on their players. It's only a problem to knuckle draggers really.

Just trying to work out why a last minute goal is lucky? Surely it doesn't matter when in the game a goal is scored, they all count! Is a first minute goal lucky too?

What makes it so amazing is the Brighton fans fought so hard and put up with so much crap to get where we are today. Everyone that fought tooth and nail for this club through the Archer and Bellotti years, Gillingham, Withdean, public enquiries, petitions, marches, letters, trips to No 10 etc...

Look at a map, teams like Sunderland, Everton and Liverpool are on the coast and they get amazing support despite massive rivals in close proximity.

I can't work out how I get a ticket for a friends or family member in the same transaction as my own. There must be a simple answer but I can't see it! The site could do with a faq section for numptys like me.

Good post. We're not all geeks that sit on NSC all day every day. some of us just pop in looking for info and opinions from time to time and miss a lot of what's going on. Noi wonder so many longer term posters don't bother anymore.
