We did Harrogate v Bromley for the first game of the season and like you I thought they were terrible. Somehow they're six points and several places above the drop zone though. Nice town. The bottom two teams, Morecombe and Accrington, are both on my list to do so maybe I'll hold off for now.

American Psycho. Just got more and more disturbing and depraved with each "murder", and I just couldn't be bothered to continue. I like a bit of horror and gore, but this seemed gratuitous. Eventually watched the film years later and really enjoyed it.

My son sorted four tickets for the first night at Wembley. Yes it’s expensive compared to “back in the day”, but I’ve shared some great memories with him watching the Albion and this will be up there.

Ride were and still are a fantastic live band. Their most recent album is, in my opinion, the best of the three from their comeback. Taking my son to see them in a few weeks.

Haha, we go to a place in the Algarve every year (another North Stander with a well-known dad will know the town) where one of our go-to restaurants specialises in steak on the stone. I refuse to have it for that exact reason (and because I'm a cheapskate), but one of my sons has it every year...

Agreed. He was superb at RB last season. Seriously superb. A threat going forward, very good in defence and a fantastic engine. He was a huge miss in the second half of the season.
