Its great what he did, and well deserving of a reward, but surely people could think of a more deserving cause than contributing to a fund that has already reached a large figure.
Done it loads of times in various home-ends. After you involuntarily leap up with your hands in the air, you have to quickly bury your head in your hands feigning misery and distress at the away goal.
Eric Potts v Spurs in the 80's. We were 1-0 down in the 89th min and he scored not one, but two blinders from the wing to win the game (if memory serves).
The staff were top notch - everyone polite and wishing you an enjoyable game. The location is superb, being right next to the M4 with ample buses to the station. It just lacks atmosphere from the home fans and I guess that's something to do with the demographic of the local population.
Ash was superb today - very unlucky not to score. That volley with his 2nd(?) touch of the game was class. He's been one of our most consistent players over the last couple of years. He's always been excellent for us and Ive never got why some don't seem to see it.
My daughter was bitten on the tongue by one of these fellas. It was hiding in a snorkel.
They usually have a very poisonous bite, but very luckily, it gave her a 'dry' bite.
I just don't understand why some people have it in for Ash. His work-rate, movement and positional play are all superb. Some people only seem to be able to see the player who puts the ball in the net at the end of the move.
I'm sad about this. Not that he's been charged - if he's found guilty it will have been for an abhorrent offense and he should be rightly punished. I always considered Rolf to be a genius with his sense of humour and musical and artistic abilities, and will be very sad if it transpires that...
There was a story from around here last week - 'the beast of Trowbridge'. Although the photograph proves nothing - there's no scale.

Big cat sightings though are really not up there...
Reading? They really weren't that good - i certainly wouldn't put them much above Brighton or Palace from this year. Before Christmas they were distinctly 'mid-table' average.
Yes - just a tad hypocritical. In fact he didn't call him a sewer rat, because he thought that would be insulting to sewer rats. the full quote:
"For many years I’ve thought he is a gutter-type of boy and I was going to call him a sewer rat but that might be insulting the sewer rats. I think...
What amazes me about this story - he has sold thousands of these thinks that are supposed to be bomb detectors, but are pretty much an empty box with an aerial on top. He's sold them to army's all over the word and made millions of pounds.
Are these defense ministries and armies so gullible...
The unions were too strong and they did hold the country to ransom, but her fix to the problem was to destroy the entire manufacturing base of the country. So yes it fixed the problem she wanted to fix, but not in a way that was good for the country. Its a bit like dealing with the pension...
You could have 2 minutes. The first one a traditional minutes silence, the second one a minutes whooping and dancing for joy. You could join in whichever one you felt was appropriate.
