[Music] Choose one musical artist, just one and one only.

Nine Inch Nails for me. Plenty of aggressive industrial rock/metal as well as sweeping film score-esque instrumentals, a sprinkling of Bowie/Joy Division/Adam Ant covers as well as deep cuts like the below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mMtYyLJ1dCw

[Travel] Why are all these flights being delayed/cancelled ?

I used to work for TUI, I'm surprised they have lasted this long to be fair

    [Albion] 2022/23 Relegation Thread

There is always one team that has a slip following a decent previous season and gets dragged into it - just hope it isn't us

    Was it Matthew Benham?

    [Albion] Brighton. Stand or Fall

"Singing in italics" is the perfect way to describe that type of thing. Genius.

    [Music] The Live Music thread

Off to watch my brother playing drums for Alabama 3 at the Shepherd's Bush Empire on Saturday. Not really my cup of tea but he is giving me a free ticket

    [Football] Lasers and penalties

Wow, I'd never heard about that- knew about the Bodin missed penalty etc but had never read about that incident. Shocking

    [Albion] Player of the season?

He feels like this season's Dan Burn (if that makes sense) Puts in a brilliant shift, whether that's at CB, RB or RWB

    [Politics] Russia invades Ukraine (24/02/2022)

Used to be my MP and lived just up the road from me. Don't know much about his links to Russia but always seemed like a toerag. Left his wife and kids for a young interior designer I believe

    [Music] The Live Music thread

Bagged myself tickets for Nine Inch Nails at the Eden Project in June. Bit of a ballache to get to but should be worth it. No idea what it's like as a music venue- anyone been to a concert there?

[Football] Some people are on the pitch...

All I will say is that these instances have become far more common since the Covid vaccinations were introduced. Wake up sheeple :jester:

    [Albion] Gary Dicker Retires

If we are going to go down the central midfield route a la Crofts and Dicker then Bridcutt would be good, if perhaps a bit young. Would love to see Kayal back at the club in some capacity too

[Albion] If Potter Were To Leave . . .

Agree about Bruno, but would surely need a more experienced assistant- what's Dean White up to these days? ???

[Albion] Travelzoo - Spurs v Brighton (Lounge tickets £44 or £58)

I did the Stratus lounge through my work for a game recently- was very impressive I must say.

[Albion] Who’s the new coach ?

Could it have been the new goalkeeper coach? Not sure if he has started at the club yet https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/articles/ce3d92yxp0vo

[Football] David Stockdale or David Brent?

Stockdale's website seems to have gone full Brent/Partridge https://www.davidstockdale13.co.uk/ 'To relax, he enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family; a low-key fishing trip; or spending time driving his classic 1986 Ferrari Mondial' 'His distinguished yet everyman character...

[Politics] Jeremy Corbyn and a new political party.

That 'Oh Jeremy Corbyn' chant is the cringiest thing I have ever witnessed. Makes me want to chew my own face off out of sheer cringe

[Albion] How confident are you that we can ride this injury crisis out

I was at Spurs vs Norwich on Sunday (got free hospitality tickets with work). Spurs didn't look great, the scoreline flattered them IMO. I still fancy us to get something against them if it goes ahead.

    [Albion] Defending Corners

One thing that baffled me a bit was Moder taking corners- he's a big unit, I'd rather he was in the box attacking them
