I live in Leeds, so I probably only go to 2 or 3 home games per season. However, over the last few seasons the Championship has been packed full of northern teams, so away games have been reasonably easy to do. There seems to be quite a few Brighton fans up here, although I don't really know any...
Sadly true. What's worse was the clear booing when CMS came off, which sounded like they were booing poor Fenelon as he came onto the pitch. No wonder he didn't have a shot - must have been devestated...
There's a new podcast of Rob Beckett's Absolute Radio show - it's good, decent mix of football and comedy.
Also recommended is the Rhod Gilbert show from BBC Wales, and Do The Right Thing.
Yeah, I had the same problem for Birmingham and Leeds - said I needed to sign in even though I already was. Thankfully, the guy at the ticket office sold me them by phone instead...
Hi
Quick question - the ticket website is now classifying as Season Ticket Holders, Priority Members, and General Sale. I'm fairly sure I was a 'Blue' member last year? Does this roll over as a 'Priority Member', or am I just in the pot with the general sale lot now? Also, where are the loyalty...
Wow - surprised at this thread. I watch a lot of comedy, and many of my favourite comedians are women. I agree that some of those you see on the mainstream media can be very repetitive, but comedy has come a long way from Jo Brand's tired routines about periods and hating men. I would urge you...
What that idiot Tom Hark Preston Park said - that fat people only go to the gym once a year. I've been going two/three times a week for the last six months.
Go on then, i'll bite.
I'm overweight, but am trying to lose weight at the moment. What do you expect me to wear to the gym if I'm not allowed in sportswear? Trust me, i'd look a lot worse running naked on the treadmill than in my jogging bottoms and trainers.
I agree - I despise myself every day. One thing though - the XL size at Nike is small compared to other brands (ie Adidas, Dunlop etc) - sometimes up to 6" difference.
Yep - agree entirely. It's Nike though, not the club - they don't do football shirts any larger than XXL. Same goes for training kits as well unfortunately.
Being a larger gentleman myself, I don't tend to wear actual football shirts (although the Toffs retro ones are a perfect fit....), but I...
Emily started doing a podcast of her own (Laughter Therapy) - I think there was only one episode made with David Baddiel, but it's well worth a listen. I'd be interested to know more about Emily's life before the radio show - she often hints at a fairly extensive drug past, and she's clearly...
