Agreed. Smashing it across the box is very much a crowd pleaser and we seem to do it every game. Everyone goes 'ooooh' and rues our luck whereas the reality is that a simple look up and measured pass would likely result in at the very least a shot on target. I always fail to understand how a lot...
Yep. By and large Vicente's impact was minimal, in no small part due to there not being the same quality and intelligence of runners around him- to this end the player he actually linked best with was undoubtedly Ashley Barnes, which again says a lot about a significant portion of NSC's opinion...
Agreed. Players like him are why we all watch football surely? Although only a friendly, the way he took apart Chelsea and made then European champions look average showed just how good he really was. He was THE best left winger in the world in his pomp, Real Madrid bidding £30m plus for him...
Anyone describing Stephens as poor can only be headmental. He was outstanding in the first half particularly, only small errors he made were spraying a couple of crossfield passes too high. Propper was also very good, but did get caught twice in dangerous positions and got away with it.
I think this a good thing for us. WBA's is very much a Pulis squad, the type of players they've got might not be so adaptable to a new manager's style.
FFS he lost his electric pace years ago. Dare say our current defence is doing fine and has coped with much quicker than Will fecking Buckley already this season.
You seriously need to get over him you're like a teenage girl.
Of course you are right from an economic perspective, the moguls setting up these franchises by and large obviously won't have the propagation of a local footballing community as their number one priority- that's just a happy by-product. That's not to say it doesn't still show scant disregard...
Doesn't scan at all :lolol: 'He plays with Davy Propper' ffs :ffsparr: Needs serious rejigging to get a rhyme in.
Credit where its due though the Inspiral Carpets song was great I though, think the words were:
'This is how it feels to be Brighton
This how it feels to be small
This is how it...
If it's making NSC a lot of money then by all means- some of the insight is genuinely in depth and pretty interesting; not so much the '5 things we learned' sort of stuff. Only really noted it given NSC and WAB both shared the same article within 5 mins of each other.
What is this all about?
See NSC and wearebrighton regularly sharing all related articles so I’m guessing some sort of affiliation there. Are they paying all fan sites to broaden their outreach?
