not so sure he did the first time....was a rumour doing the rounds at the time that he was happy to stay but the club needed the compensation Reading were willing to pay ....as for most recently probably only he knows

Sorry to poor cold water on this but ...The bloke who showed us around Falmer recently supports Southend ...may have been him just discussing his teamm with a colleague
Given that none of us will be getting a soaking like at Withdean I'm sure a slightly smarter approach will not be a problem ..they will need to define smart casual as I have had problems at Horse Racing with "smart casual"
this is one point people seem to be missing ...Falmer is not going to be cheap / cheaper than Withdean...and the 1901 club does give you a fixed price for 5 years regardless of what division we are in...
Swansea "debentures" have shown similiar growth ...despite the view of some on here most of the large "corporates" arent yet members of the 1901 club and may well want to be ..this will drive the price up if you see it purely as an investment
That will depend on who the "debentures" are held with ....with Falmer you have "Stadium Ltd" and "Football Club Ltd" I believe ....so as long as the stadium exists your debenture has "market value" what ever that might be
