I think, like the Guardian predicted, the BNP winning any MEP's could be the tipping point for Labour backbenchers.
I just think, it is obvious it wouldn't be any worse under say Johnson. I'm not saying Labour would win, but I still think they could easily avert a complete meltdown if they just...
Not forgetting the PPP mess on the tube, which is ironically going to lead to a strike this week. While people either blamed Ken or Boris, the mess came from No.11 forcing it on TFL despite the reservations of all the management at the time, including those Ken recruited from America who...
No I guessed, no worries. You seemed far too upbeat for someone who would be studying it at Uni
The independents could become very crucial, there are a few of them already(that Dr, to name but one), if we go down that route.
Well if they couldn't form a majority then it would be irrelevant. They could operate a minority adminstration but that wouldn't last too long.

Up here in London we did get the Christian party rapping on a bus, mind you..
This issue has been simmering away for awhile and I think when/if the Tories make the confirmation of having a vote on the issue it could be an issue that swings Brighton Pavilion into electing the first Green MP..
I can imagine the "Infinity Foods" Blues aren't into fox hunting much, after...
It is effectively controlled by them mind you. One of the two independents on the council, elected from Stanford ward I believe, votes with the Tories.
It would properly become N.O.C if there were the by election that is rumoured to be on the cards in St.Annes Well ward due to the a.w.o.l Tory...
