TAKING the bookies to the cleaners-Your best punt...

Trap 6 at Hove Corals, last race on a Saturday night a few years back. On a stag do we all chipped in, totalled about £300. It must have been about 6/1 and we took a trackside bookie for just over 2 grand including our stake. No form was studied, we just agreed on trap 6. The guy looked...

Numbers on the back of the new shirts are very difficult to see.

I thought it was an FA/FL rule that if you had a stripy kit, that the back of the shirt had to have a panel to accommodate an easily visible number

Dean Hammond: UPDATE - Signs for Leicester City

This from me too, but this would make him nothing more than a squad player, rarely in the starting 11

Your best holiday as a child verses a 21st century holiday for your children?

I don't really recall any great holidays when I was a kid. I'm sure I must have enjoyed them, but nothing really stands out. However, having the chance to take my son to places that I didn't get to go to as a child has been excellent. We're fortunate enough to have a holiday home in rural Spain...

    Will Hoskins Twitter

Hoskins went to Sheffield Utd with a hernia problem, when what he should have done was stayed with us and get properly fit. But like all players, he wanted to play. As it was he did more damage, and needed to have an op before the end of the season anyway. His injuries have been bad luck, and...

Does that £95 include a match ticket, or is that the cost for existing 1901 sth's to add a meal?

    Uncle Sams now delivering

Bloody hell, I'd rather drive down Montpelier Rd and pick one up than cough £5.50. And I bet it's a 40 minute wait..... If I were to order via dinner2go, which branch would it come from, does anybody know?

Lunch in Hove on Friday. Any suggestions?

There's a nice Indian about 3 doors down from Elliotts Estate Agts on Church Road. Its the only Indian we could find that opened on a Friday lunchtime at 12, as 12.30 is prayer time and they all shut then... The food was very good, and reasonably priced as well

Buy a car or lease a car ??

I too go for the older/reliable car option. I was merely suggesting an alternative option

Buy a car or lease a car ??

I used to work for a lease car company and everybody there swore by it, but i'm just not sure. I guess it depends if you want to write off a £600 odd deposit and £200 a month for 2 or 3 years, and then end up with nothing to show for it - that's standard leasing not PCP. Or, you borrow that...

The Lesser Spotted Vicente Back in Town? [Episode III]

Unless he were to sign a pay as you play deal, the club won't take him back on. From a commercial perspective, it's just too much of a risk to offer him a contract. Regardless of what he said in the press after the Poyet saga kicked off about being fit, he's a sick note.. And as was pointed out...

    Aaron Mcclean

Is Will Hoskins injury prone? He broke a bone in his foot, that's not an injury of somebody prone to injuries and neither is a ruptured ACL, both are bad luck. I still think he has something to offer, hopefully his luck will change
