Well I think that's fantastic odds, and will happily taking some of that. We have one of the easiest games we'll have all season up first, and with some of the "big boys" playing each other (Saints v Leeds, WHU v Cardiff), 14/1 is superb value for us to get the best result on day 1.
A London - Falmer day return (according to National Rail - obviously it was PP this season) is £22.90. A London Bridge (not Victoria, but it's just a tube journey) - Brighton day return is £10.00.
This is, of course, unless I've missed some other cheaper ticket to Falmer from London...
Are any of the posters above travelling down from (or via) London? The buses sound like a good plan, but is the best bet to come all the way into Brighton and get the bus from there, or would a better (quieter/shorter queues) bet be to get off earlier and get a bus from elsewhere? Hassocks...

I'm pretty sure our ignorant speculations aren't helped in any way whatsoever by two people, both claiming to have...
How good a friend does Bloom need to be for this agent to turn down a mega-bucks agent fee for getting the man? Obviously I've no more idea than you, but the story is certainly feasible.
I'm sure it's still this people. The agent has probably talked him into demanding an extra £1k a week or something. We'll have him, I'm certain.
(Note - not claiming any sources or any other bullshit)

Seems to be working. Only just found it though, so no idea how far behind it is.
EDIT - Maybe ignore this, it pings up more adverts than I can deal with...
