It is utter bollocks. If you read the article, they have just taken the rise from the last few months and interpolated forward 10 years. It takes no economic factors into consideration at all. We had similar forecasts in 2007 after similar steep rises just before the credit crunch.

I was quite surprised to hear him say that. I had to rewind to verify what he said. He obviously thinks we will drop off the pace before too long. It's completely fair enough for him to have that opinion - its what he thinks. Hopefully we can prove him wrong.
