If you can get tickets for Wicked at the Vic Apollo I really, really recommend it. It's amazing. I think you'd be better picking which show first and going from there with hotels etc. Bones is v.good as well, as is Stones in his Pockets.

What show though? I've seen the previews of Wicked twice and it's awesome, but I think it is sold out until Feb or something.
