    [Other Sport] Formula 1 2019

I'm of the opinion that Lewis would have won had he not made the second pit stop. Team orders I guess.

You do not have an 'indoor cat' you simply have a cat that you don't allow out. Caged animals in zoos probably have more space to live in.

Exchange rates change all the time, nothing new here. I remember getting 2 and half US dollars to the pound, crashed right down while in the EU.

    [Technology] Sophie McKinna

My wife and I were discussing this while watching the brief moments they showed of this competition. Some of the competitors are plainly just fat, others were relatively lithe and muscular. Does the extra weight (mass) actually assist with the momentum and propulsion. This is a genuine...

Indeed there was nothing accidental about driving a car having been drinking, clearly quite intentional. The result of doing so however was an accident, not planned, not intended and thankfully no-one else involved. I regard drink driving as equally serious as a brawl. Should his employers...

Indeed there are professions that would suspend, there are also many that wouldn't. I think the thing here is that they had an 'accident' due to drink driving for which they will no doubt be dealt with by the authorities. It may have been an inevitable accident, but nonetheless it was an...

Agreed. Football players have long since lost the mantle of role model and shouldn't be seen as such, if any are that's a bonus. Most employers wouldn't punish their staff (would the law allow it for non-work related matters) in addition to any 'possible/probable' prosecutions

I have no idea what you mean by that. but to take each point. 1 Yes they probably will be as I said, just wait until then. 2 No, feet firmly planted on this one and not waving my hands around in frantic disgust at an employer using their employees for what they are paid to do.

In what way have they condoned what they did. These are their employees, no more no less and not using them may be a detriment to the club as a whole. Wait until they have been convicted..

If you had an accident after having been drinking and were being dealt with by the police, assuming you don't drive for a living, would you expect your boss/employer/company to punish you as well ?

I personally have committed to eradicating all unnecessary exercise, thereby keeping my heartbeat and breathing rates at a lower level. Consequently I will be breathing out less CO2.

I don't believe Gross needs to have outstanding pace, that's not his role, he creates space and makes the passes and chances.

Everyone says this, and yes the pubs let kids in but we have failed in the past to find anywhere we would want to stay for more than 20 minutes.
