I whipped up 36 mince pies the other day and the Vanilla Vodka Christmas Cake was made weeks ago. Making a more traditional brandy one this weekend. I try and bake every weekend for the kids lunchbox, doesn't always work out but some of my happiest childhood memories are of my mum baking...
