    [Brighton] A pleasing point

I would swap him for Shane Duffy in the blink of an eye. He is of the highest calibre. Too good for Liverpool. Oozes class and composure. Marshals the whole team from the back. Two footed, good in the air and courageous. Carries the ball forward with ease and passes superbly. Difficult to find a...

    [Albion] Bridge Car Park

How about directing all traffic to turn left before the bridge/tunnel that is going into Brighton and route it through the housing estate. All traffic for Coldean Lane exits via the Tunnel. Pedestrian lights are installed at the end of the walkway that break up the constant flow at peak time and...

[Albion] Our all time top scorer.

I assume the poster has his tongue in his cheek suggesting Solly March. If he gets 5 this season he will have done very well.

[Albion] Our all time top scorer.

...and it all started so promisingly at Reading. Little did we realise then that the new Michael Owen would turn into ' jigsaw Jake '

[Albion] How much are you enjoying this season?

Oh, please don't fall into the trap of thinking that the PL is the only thing in football worth bothering about. Sure, concentrate on the division we are in and study those teams but never, ever forget where we have come from and where ( hopefully not ) we may return to. The PL is all about...

[Music] BAN BRUNO (and LIAM ROSENIOR)!

Apparently, Bruno was seen elbowing his way through the crowd.

[Albion] Who have we never beaten?

More coming to mind....Bath City 5-0, Cheltenham ( then ) 4-0 and the 1933 Cup run, when we forgot to apply for exemption and had to beat 4 or 5 non-league sides just to get into the 1st round.

[Albion] Who have we never beaten?

I don't think we replayed v Leatherhead. I thought there was just one third round game at the Goldstone, in front of about 20,000. We also lost to Bedford 2-1 in the mid 60's.

[Albion] Who have we never beaten?

Wisbech 10-1....Northwich Vic 8-0....Hillingdon 7-1.....Crawley ( then ) 5-0.... and many, many more. Its the defeats that people remember most, not the comfortable wins.

[TV] Gunpowder bbc series - not for the faint hearted

Watched the whole series on iplayer yesterday and enjoyed it. They were gory times and I thought it was pretty realistic. Drawing and quartering cannot be dressed up in any way. It was what it was.

[Albion] Garth Crooks Team of the Week

Classic case of lazy and ill-informed punditry. Most PL observers don't have a clue about the merits of Brighton or Huddersfield. They don't study the lower leagues. They don't think its necessary. They don't appreciate that the strengths that get you promoted, can have benefits in the PL. Its...

    [Albion] How disrespectful!

The PL set out to create elitism in football and it has succeeded by the bucket load. Elitism and arrogance and lack of respect now go hand in hand, throughout the country. We received plaudits as a Championship side but that is off the radar for many and ' smaller ' promoted sides such as us...

[Albion] Mat Ryan - taller than Pat Jennings

....and Banks and Shilton and Clemence and Zoff and Maier and Yashin, who are also rumoured to have had decent careers.

[Albion] Mat Ryan - taller than Pat Jennings

Sammy Lee....average height!!....where did you get that from? Even in his day, he was considered small and chunky. Granted, we are all getting taller and heavier but surely that is not the prerequisite for a goalkeeper. Compared to Stockdale, Ryan is clearly physically smaller but what he loses...

    [Football] Leicester sack Snakespeare

No doubt the owners will be in talks with Jamie Vardy right now. As he led the players revolt v Ranieri and heavily promoted the credentials of Shakespeare, it would appear that he is the ideal man to put a new candidate forward.

    [Football] Leicester sack Snakespeare

You should have kept quiet. We all thought it was rather clever and highly appropriate.

[Other Sport] Haye vs Bellew rematch

The pre-fight hype last time around was truly embarrassing. You wouldn't have minded so much if these two were world class but Bellew is average to say the least and Haye is washed up. The only thing the two of them are any good at is talking and no doubt there will be plenty of that again.

    [Albion] West Ham travel
