Chelsea would need to sell him for £50 million, so as not to take a hit on his book value. Plus, he's reportedly on £100,000 a week. He's not going anywhere!
His wife hasn't done him any favours with her not very cryptic Twitter post that suggested a manager change is needed. Not a one off either, she did it last year with Potter.
But paying say £1 million compensation would, and wouldn't help their case if they were in breach, and had kept spending (although I think that ship has already sailed).
