That doesn’t sound like a holiday. More like an episode of Race across the World. Do they have to race to a particular hotel with instructions given at the last possible moment ? If they want to enjoy their break I would suggest going to one region and exploring it properly. We spent a lot of...
Well, I wouldn’t. We have tickets for Man City and Everton. I’m not sure I want to go if the season is already decided. I know what the OP is getting at but there is no reward without risk so this thread seems the very antithesis of the de Zerbi philosophy. I want to risk relegation in aiming as...
Judging by our new free kick tactic of allowing Lewis to thump the ball straight at the wall I am going to suggest we haven’t subscribed to this system just yet.
Have they ever used it to allow people to use the middle lane ? Many times I have seen people overtaking the genuinely vulnerable, which is also unsafe.
That’s a system recently introduced by Tranmere Rovers and which allows vulnerable people to ask for help without having to explain too much. As you say it could be introduced by the Albion if they wish to continue with the middle lane...
I’ve always thought the same. Taking out a third of the capacity of that ramp is ridiculous and unsafe, particularly when everyone bunches up on the bridge. The priority should be getting people away from the ground as quickly and safely as possible. That in itself will help the vulnerable.
It’s been happening since day one at the Amex. Away fans often just stroll down the so called lane for the vulnerable. I am only surprised that people feigned disability. That is rather insulting and also unnecessary because the system isn’t enforced anyway.
Genuine question, but why ? (every time I think I understand the handball rule it turns out I don’t and yet when I was growing up it all seemed straightforward).
Carragher was saying his hand was in a natural position, but it was perpendicular to his body. The only reason for that can be to instinctively touch the ball away.
One of the most straightforward penalty decisions of the season so far. Unless pulling someone down by their shirt is now deemed within the laws of the game.
