I think it's clear that we need a ticket exchange. But rather than punishing STHs for using the ticket exchange why not reward them for doing so, perhaps with a discount in the club shop if a STH uses it five times. After all, the club will benefit financially from someone being in an empty ST...

This. I just can't see there being a significant number of tickets left for general sale. Perhaps a few hundred or so. I would imagine those few hundred will be sold to those non-STHs who have racked up the highest number of loyalty points
