[Football] The Non-League Football Thread- 2024/25 Edition

I went to this game too. Horsham had to be patient but eventually got over the line against a defensively compact Gorleston. Quite fancy going to Chesterfield away in next round.

    [Drinking] Lunchtime Drinking (70s80s)

The works social club bar was packed out every lunchtime when I first started work and back to the office where bottles of liquor were a plenty in desk draws. Office Christmas parties were bonkers. Zero tolerance by the end 😂

    [Politics] The Labour Government

Thank goodness for the triple lock. The April ‘24 state pension increase was 8.5% so helps towards this winter. My income went up far less but don’t begrudge the pensioner increase.

[Albion] Drinks bottles at the Amex

My full topless bottle of water fell over under my seat last week. Couldn’t believe how much it cascaded down the steps and causing untold damage to items stored under seats. F’ing embarrassing.

[Albion] Player ratings Brighton vs Wolves

I don’t think moments of brilliance (Adringa) and shite (Steele) make or break an overall performance. Baleba was the only consistently good player over their pitch time.
