My recollection of the game is vague - the visit of Champions-to-be Liverpool 17th October 1981.
I just checked the line up's - them: Grobbelaar, Hansen, Neal, Thompson, Alan Kennedy, Ray Kennedy (Goal 39 minutes), Lee, McDermott (73), Souness, Dalglish (12), Rush (Subbed for Lawrenson)

Fragment from BBC News today, about a [mightily] disturbed man who killed and cooked a Collie dog: (my emboldenment):

Hmm... from personal experience, and also judging from the BBS comments, not all CPFC fans are knuckle-draggers, most of them are decent folk just like most of us.
The 'bubble' idea would infringe on the liberty of the good while stimulating provocation towards the Year-9-Ultras - if they...
I agree with your sentiment, but on a point of information there were police in the stadium, I saw two in ESL, they were filming the whey-faced rat-boys with, hopefully a view to ID-ing and arrests later.
True that I could have smuggled in a few bird scarers and smoke puffs in , probably my ass-crack, (sorry everyone) but be careful what you wish for! Intimate searching for 30,000 fans each week? No thanks!
Police were bringing in dogs after the game, I imagine they were scary dogs rather than sniffer dogs, but either way, there were dogs at the stadium tonight.

Us to win 2.7
Them to win 3.02
Draw 3.2
I would think 2.7 is worth a punt, we're due a home win.
A long post (sorry) but stay with me...

Judee Sill, 1944-79, highly troubled American singer-songwriter without a huge recorded output.
Emotional/mental issues, religious mania, massively drugs (from which she died.)
But two of her songs were - are, say I, utterly glorious pieces - "Enchanted Sky Machines" and moreso "Jesus was a...
