Just finishing "Damascus Station" by David McCloskey. McCloskey is an ex CIA analyst and this is, I think, his first novel. Its ok. It was a fairly stodgy difficult read for the first 150 or so pages with just enough going on to keep you reading. It picks up thereafter and becomes a fast...

I'm not from Hassocks but I've been there a few times - there is limited parking on the driveway up to the ground but you'll need to get there at least half an hour before ko to be sure of a space. Other than that you can probably park in the garden centre just up from the ground and walk back...
