Really? He let a lot go for Everton in the 1st 20 minutes alone. I knew we wild pick up a booking with our first real foul. I won't knock Everton, they were great tonight but we should have made changes at 2-0
Played into Everton's hands. Far too casual in the first half and caught two on two with pace too often. March at RB, Enciso instead of Undav and we would have been so much better. Fair play to Everton, I hope they go on to stay up
A case of getting what you wish for I'm afraid. For years now the entrance requirements for joining the Met have been eased to make it easier to get in. Box ticking has taken over from real vetting of applicants. This has to change - and soon
Especially after the events after such a promising start to the sea. I'm finding myself having to pinch myself. Going to Chelsea and silencing their crowd all game - wow! But the performance at Tottenham ( despite the outcome) ... wow plus!!
7.30 was always the traditional ko time back before live TV. So much better for getting at least an hour in the pub or home if up early. That extra half an hour could see the night off nicely. To be honest I'd be happy with a 6 or 7 o'clock kick off.
People joining up for the Armed Forces, the Police etc will due this every week, and do so willingly. You don't have to, I won't be either - it not compulsory.
Long live the King
I've never considered that a celebration for coming 2nd, not for one minute. (Had we won the Championship my view would still have been the same) That was a celebration to acknowledge all those years of ifs, buts and maybes as to whether this club would exist in 2017 let alone reach the highest...
If you've ever witnessed the entitled behaviour of Arsenal fans or seen their loathsome corporate, lanyard-wearing 'fans' giving it the Big'un in the West Stand 1901 seats you would go for any other club to succeed. Horrible fanbase
Or played at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Despite the jokes about United's London support it is still just as easy to get to Wembley from Manchester as it is from the South Coast with it just taking an hour longer by train these days.
