Your 2nd para - fair enough. I think if FH would have a problem managing Hummels, we have a bigger problem as he may struggle with other squad members. I feel we should back him in this respect- if he feels Hummels would be a good addition, that's enough for me. Hopefully coming from German...

If Hummels character is as you suggest, maybe we should avoid period. Not sure age is relevant. Perhaps you should let PB know Hummels has such a bad character, perhaps they aren't aware.

We might play 3 CBs and I fancy Igor will leave if this signing happens. I agree it seems unlikely you are benching Dunk or Van Hecke but you can't rule it out. Hummels is top class and if have the chance to sign him you have to take it IMO.

I went today and thought we did fairly well, should have won by more despite plenty of players not involved. Some of the over reactions here are absolutely laughable.

Disagree with you on Hinsh. I think we'll sign a first XI RB and then we have Lamptey and Veltman (plus Hinsh if needed of course) as cover.

I think we'll sign a right sided full back, perhaps not in time for Everton though.
