People making out like Mings is an England regular, his half an hour in June against Malta was his first competitive game for England in nearly 2 years. That was the first time he’d even been called up to a squad since a friendly in March 2022.
Like many things people seem to dislike Southgate...
I’m a relative newb in terms of watching boxing regularly so if someone can explain this to me like I’m an idiot please I would be grateful:
Surely having the first bell at nearly 11:15pm when there’s little interest in any other time zone I would imagine, hurts potential viewership and causes...
Was there for the England v Ukraine game last weekend and although it does get very busy, they have plenty of outdoor pumps as well as the normal bar inside so never waited more than 5 minutes. It does get VERY congested inside though so helps when it’s a nice day and can spread out into the garden.
It’s a kiosk type thing at the bottom of the steps by the coach park/away end. Costs £5 with the proceeds going towards Albion In The Community I believe.
Hoping for some help from the collective wisdom of NSC. Has anyone previously, or know if it’s possible, to take a buggy/pushchair to the Amex? There seems to be conflicting information as to whether or not there is a place to store them during the game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Seen it mentioned in a few other threads but really feel like such a moment deserves it’s own.
Absolutely glorious scenes, nearly took the fellas head off from about 3 yards whilst trying to time waste. Pure poetry.
We can only hope that video exists somewhere.
Colin Hawkins at home against Stockport remains the worst sub performance. Subbed on in the 63rd minute, conceded a penalty and sent off by the 65th. Specialist.
If you don't mind going back at bit, start at the beginning of The Tuesday Club podcast. Yes it's about Arsenal but really it's just mates chatting about football, two of which (Alan Davies and Ian Stone) happen to be professional comedians. For my money it's the best football podcast out there...
Their run-in does look quite tough. They play Chelsea, Everton, Man City and Arsenal in their last 4 games. Considering both our remaining fixtures their trip to the Amex is huge for both sides.
