Have an Arena mile trial at Withdean in 8 days time 6:15 to 6:30 should reflect my condition.
As to the summer your AG is too magnificent for me to chase even if I was in the form of my life.

Early bonfire today. Blue skies but the sea fret arrived by 7am. First asparagus bunch meeting the last of the purple sprouting that is desperately trying to go to seed. All potatoes starting to peek out and flowers beginning on the strawberries.
I can explain that slip up! :smile: I was working on a 2:10:00 finish time but the winner came in at 2:29:07 which is a normal time for Brighton. Better early than late.
