I didn't say we should keep him. I think he'll go out on loan and we'll bring in one to replace him. Now we don't play two up top I can't see us having 4 strikers in the squad.
We won't get both of them at around 20million each, one big money and a loan if we get 2 strikers. I think we'll only get one anyway after just giving Hemed a new contract, we're not suddenly going to make him 4th choice or get rid of him or Murray.
Agreed, but I see Solly as being played out of position almost (Not that he doesn't do a good job on the left). Give him a go where he is most comfortable seen as Knocky is struggling a bit for whatever reason.
Solly on the right for Knocky and Izquierdo on the left. Otherwise the same.
Goldson to keep his spot, I'd have said Duffy to come back in if Chelsea had some bruiser upfront, but they don't.
He does a good job on the left but I think its clear he's a right winger who can cut in, although he's quite quick he's not rapid enough to ghost past someone on the outside and put in a cross. Would quite like to see him play on the right given Knockaert's form isn't great.
None. Griffiths would need a 4-4-2 system given how defensively we play. Mitrovic is similar to what we have. Gary Hooper (see Griffiths) and no better than Baldock, Ulloa (see Mitrovic), Ings (See Giffiths) and also given how many games he's played in the last 2 years it would be a big risk.

Firstly before I list who I think may be better I think that this is a difficult question because sometimes the way a team plays can expose their CB's, and against some of the quality in the Prem it can make good CB's look very average. The system we play helps Dunk and Duffy as they are very...
Have been thinking about who we might be after as a striker option and I've decided it's Vincent Janssen from Tottenham. Excellent at holding the ball up, good movement, quicker than Murray/Hemed and a good age at 23. Obviously he didn't have the best year last season but played under a lot of...

GK, LB, CB/FB cover, CM, Winger/NO.10/Forward.... Someone versatile like Izzy Brown, Winger and a striker.
LB, CM, Winger and Striker to be big improvements on what we have.
If Hughton wants Gomez to be like what Tomori offered us as a 3rd choice FB and 5th choice CB then potentially...
Going against the grain here, but I think he showed a lot of promise in the last few games he played. He didn't start enough games to become fully accustomed with the Premier League and I think if a team gave him that he'd be a very good player.
That being said, the ship has sailed :tantrum:
Well Cairney is a different player so I'll count him out. he's more like Pascal Gross in no.10 position.
I'm going to sit on fence! haha. Mooy based on last season is probably a slightly better player at the moment but then he was also playing in a better side to show it. Hughes could be just...
Can't imagine this is true, if it is, not at that price! Anything less than 10mil is a bargain considering the experience he has at such a young age, his potential and the fact he's English.... Always adds a few million on top.
Surely a loan and not a full transfer if this has legs? One of the best defensive prospects in the country and if not for his injury would surely have played for England by now.
Also, if over his injury problems now I'd happily see Jon Flanagan sign for us. Equally comfortable at left back as...
Although the worst of the positions he can play, Gomez was playing left back for Liverpool before his injury cut short the progress he was making. He is Tomori but better!
If Gross gets injured no one else can really play there. Even if it's not an out and out no.10, i'd expect a striker/winger who's more comfortable in that position than what we already have at the very least.
