Just seen a tweet from the club.
After match party at Wahoo (I know. I know) where all pints will be £2 on production of your membership card.
Couldn't think of anywhere worse, but a few swift ones at £2 will be a good start to the evening's celebrations.
Just been texted to say they've departed and to be fair they did it happily once the situation was explained to them.
The game goes ahead which is the most important thing.
I am very biased indeed, but I have to agree. Brighton will utterly destroy Hove (again). The pack was far too much for...
Really looking forward to this rugby match next Saturday.
3pm KO at WATERHALL.
If you're one on the moaners about the corporate side of football at the Amex you should try to go.
Free parking, free admission, pint prices from £3.20 to £3.80, pitchside bar and food, free band afterwards and for...
Not a jibe at all.
Just trying to show how far we've come and perhaps people should be more grateful for what we've got rather than what we haven't got.
We had a bloody awful team playing for us with no stadium in the not too distant past. It's amazing to see what we have now, but all I hear is...
Can't stand all the negativity.
I'm happy to read all the tweets from Liverpool fans who have actually seen him play and almost without exception say he's a great player with loads of ability and is a fantastic aquisition for us. Their manager thinks enough of him to give him a first team...
We get some guy in for the season who looks quality and forced his way into a Premiership title-chasing Liverpool team at the end of last season and yet there's negativity everywhere.
Sheesh.
I really can't be bothered to read all of this thread but isn't it obvious that our chairman is a poker player who will hold his cards close to his chest to get the best deal.
DB has set up great marquee loan deals over the past 6 months that Oscar refused to take on.
Seems clear that DB is...
Owned by an Albanian guy who had a club in Croydon. Bought Honey Club but immediately in trouble with licensing people after a squash on NYE. The license is very much up for review hence why they bought Digital I guess. Meanwhile the Croydon club was sold.
As I was the guy who told him to sample them, I can tell you they're superb. Islay, Whisky, Rum and Bourbon are the ones from memory and whilst £2.50 is pretty steep for a small bottle, they're all very good.
I know someone who works at Corals HQ and he's just told me a fair few enquiries for lumpy bets have taken place on Sherwood in the last 20 mins.
Before you reply, I don't care whether you believe me or not.
We're delighted to welcome Bozza over for tea and I'll prove to him it's not BS.
They currently have Saison a la Provision on draught. I think Saison Printemps has now arrived too, but the former is simply amazing. You gotta try it soon before it goes.
Popped into the new Hop & Vine at Fiveways which opened yesterday.
Interesting range of keg beer. From memory there's a couple of Meantimes, a Freedom, another I've forgotten and two Long Man casks.
Nice bottle range but pretty much what you'd expect these days. Punk IPA, Veddtt type of stuff.
No problem, I'll happily save you from embarrassment in future if required. As many on here know it's what I do for a living which is why I know how ridiculous your comments are.
I'm not estimating the price of chicken, I know it and price clients' menus accordingly.
Many of the country's top...
