Yup, the club is getting a few things very wrong right now and it would be a good time for Paul Barber to review some of these decisions. The TV thing is utterly ridiculous. Certainly a decision made by a committee.
People continue to be outraged at stuff which is not really important in the scheme of things. If they want to fly 100 miles, then that's their decision. If you're one of those green types then save your outrage for Chinese coal-powered power stations.
My interest in cricket has waned in recent years but I still follow the Sussex results. This season has been an embarrassment apart maybe from reaching the last four of the 20/20. Where have the glory days gone? Lord Ted must be turning in his grave.
Frustrating game. Too many misplaced passes. But the win was just about deserved.
Who is Turns? I'd never heard of him. Same for Sarmiento who looked very lively, and quick.
Great to see Locadia get such a warm reception from the fans. Unexpected, but a very positive.
Agree with you 100% until it comes to your last eight words. I have no idea what they are protesting about so they cannot have been too successful in getting their message across. If they want the government to pay to insulate their homes (for government read taxpayer) then I recall getting my...
Utter rubbish. You cannot possibly make these assumptions so early in the season. There are absolutely NOT four distinct groupings of clubs, although pretty much everyone agrees with the top four group.
Apologies. In which case why schedule a Premier League match for 2pm on a day when major roads in the area are closed due to bike riders. Anyone with half a brain would have considered the options and gone for a 5pm ko after the bike riders had gone away.
Biss injury.
Mwepu needs to come nowhere near the first team until he's up to speed.
The clowns who routed the London-Brighton bike ride down Coldean Road (which was therefore closed) when in previous years it's continued along Ditchling Road.
It's the mentality of mask wearers that worries me. Non mask wearers are just normal people doing what people have always done, living their lives without covering their faces. The next thing if we're not careful will be a percentage of people wearing masks every winter because it's the flu...
It certainly is a bad thing. We need to get control of our lives back right now. We've been apparently "helping the NHS" for 18 months now and as a result given up our freedom. Well, enough is enough. And masks are useless anyway.
Stop it will you, you moany old git. Life very much needs to get back to normal or we'll all go mad. If you can't handle it, then lock yourself away until there's no more Covid around which could be a very very very long time.
Personally I've liked what I've seen of him (admittedly very little!) but I would like to have seen him have a run of games in the striker role. Hopefully this experience will be good for him and the Albion. And surely we must have another striker lined up, otherwise it makes no sense whatsoever.
Agree with almost all the previous comments. Not a good day. However both goals were easily preventable (Dunk's poor pass lead directly to the first; Veltman did not need to make the challenge for the second) and we could have hung on for an undeserved 0-0.
