Depends on which circles you frequent - I think many of a slightly younger ilk (and by that I mean 20s-30s, rather than 40s+) see In Rainbows as their best album.
rateyourmusic.com has it as the 4th greatest album of all time (1st - Kendrick Lamar - To Pimp A Butterfly, 2nd - Radiohead - OK...
Great question. I'm fairly populist with my favourite RH songs (Let Down, Idioteque, most of In Rainbows).
I would say Present Tense is possibly the most beautiful song they've ever written (a huge call, I know), so I'd say that. I think it's the best thing they've done since In Rainbows.
Oh...
Surprised Arsenal are last. Can't see why anyone would want Man City winning it - how BORING. Liverpool isn't that much more interesting either and the fawning over Klopp ending with a title win would be fairly nauseating.
Definitely Arsenal for me, as much as Ben White's a bit of a weird prick.
Thank you so much everyone.
We hadn't given enough time to plan and want to do it properly so just took the kids to Fishers Farm near Wisborough Green. They always enjoy that place.
Will be doing London at some point in the next couple of months with them so this thread will still be a really...
I always think;
Imagine if you actually WERE a Nigerian Prince, who desperately needed to get some business transacted online before 12pm on the 1st April? It would be an absolute nightmare getting anyone to believe you.
"we saw more of him" would suggest he was more reliable, which would actually score him down in the flair stakes.
@stewart12's definition of flair has always appeared to me to be;
Skilful - but it's more flair if said skills are wasted or used inappropriately - there's nothing flair about...
I feel like he probably barely remembers his time with us. It was a really odd one wasn't it?
Like seeing a mate going out with a girl MILES out of their league, you're just thinking "this can't last, right?"
* SMASHES HEAD INTO WALL OVER AND OVER AGAIN *
@stewart12 for future competitions I think the agreed NSC definition of Flair needs to put up as a disclaimer in every single post. Perhaps people need to sign a document (we could do DocuSign if easier) to confirm they have understood the rules of...
Understandable. I’m 38 and next season will be the first time I haven’t had a season ticket in many years. About 10 years ago the idea of giving up my season ticket would’ve been completely unthinkable. Now it’s….ok.
For me I feel it’s a phase of life thing - I have a 6 and a 2 year old, and I...
The idea behind Science Museum over NHM is that there would potentially be more that is interactive, which is what our son would likely be more interested in.
Considering it for tomorrow.
Anyone taken small children to London for the day in recent years?
Advice? Tips? Reasons not to do it? Reasons TO do it?
Was thinking we’d go Science Museum, maybe a bit of sightseeing - the 6 year old is very interested in going. Not got a HUUUGE budget.
Any...
Have you seen Chelsea and Man United? Their defences are CHAOTIC. I'm not saying we'll win those games (or even draw them) but I would bet you a lot of money we score.
Also there's no way we score as many as 2 against Burnley. Very optimistic there. :wink:
