Bloody hell. I'm moving away from Brighton next year so I won't have a season ticket next year, but I do plan on attending a few games. Honestly, if we re-sign Best I will struggle to bring myself to go to even one. I have never disliked an Albion player as much as I do him.
Surely 18 goals in League one suggests that he's at least a good League one player??? I think he'd be alright as backup if COG leaves, but if he's our main striker... god help us.
Not sure you can compare March to Bridcutt? Although I do agree, midfield is the one place where we're strong. Don't need him anymore, Kayal's better and Ince has the potential to be too.
McCleary is absolutely miles better than Kebe. £2m sounds very fair to me. Kebe would be a disaster, been awful for about 3 years and is now 31 - whereas McCleary is widely regarded as Reading's best player.
If COG and Colunga leave I wouldn't mind McDonald as back up. Would be a very decent option as 3rd or 4th choice. I would hope he'd be no more than that though...
