    The flip side is that 16 year olds never got a chance to vote in/out of Brexit which arguably had the biggest influence on their future life choices. For that reason alone I’m in favour of giving them the vote.

    Personal training sessions at a gym when I was vegging out about 15 years ago. lost 3 stone at the time and gave me a new lease of life. Still doing them with the same trainer.

    One of my vivid memories is getting driven home from the Goldstone after a game, buy fish and chips in Seaford, grab the Evening Argus special as it arrived bang on 6pm and then have the fish and chips with a large glass of milk whilst watching Dr Who.

    I’m sure he came to Motcombe baths in Eastbourne when I was at Eastbourne Swimming club , at primary school age, and did a demonstration swim. He was a legend.
