A few years back the Sales team I belonged to were invited on a factory tour at Fort Dunlop.
We used it as a bonding session, usual stuff ... tour of factory, followed by enormous piss up in the evening, overnight stop in hotel, back to the factory offices the following morning to take advantage...
Had water meters for 15 years so not sure on the difference in costings anymore, but i can tell you if you live alone you'll save a bomb by being on a meter, but if you have a large family it'll cost you a bomb being on one.
The elimination of Tommy Elph leaves the oldest accused as barely 20 years old.
These aren't 5 men .... these are boys.
I wouldn't mind betting that the first thing they did when arrested was burst into tears ... and the second to ask for their mum.
And yet there are people who want Gus to...
I get the feeling that opinions are well and truly cemented on Harley and he'll never get a fair trial on NSC except from a few of the more sensible posters.
He could have 5 consecutive MOM performances in the next 5 games and most on here would still want rid.
I read the player ratings thread...
Don't agree with that.
10 or even 15 point deductions are not a guarantee of a hardline punishment.
Administration should mean automatic relegation of two levels, no matter where you finish in the league in the season you enter administration.
That might stop the cavalier attitude of some teams...
Really?
Leicester, Palace, Portsmouth, Southampton, Palace ..... + others who's names escape me right now?
Offer wages they can't afford to better players than they would otherwise get, allowing them to attain higher league positions than they would otherwise have achieved, before eventually...
Sorry, already posted previous one before I read this.
My brother-in-law is a STH at the Ricoh ... poor sod ... and his wife always drops him at the ground and comes back later to pick him up, and I shall be cadging a lift with him, so not much help to you I'm afraid?
Mind you, if we don't win...
Depends on the traffic of course, but easy enough to circumnavigate Coventry from the M40.
J15 M40 take A46 to Cov ... dual carriageway the whole way.
Turn off A46 onto A45 towards London (as opposed to Birmingham which is the opposite way), travel appx 1 mile or so ... dual carriageway the...
I live near Cov and my mum still lives in Brighton so I do the journey probably 20 times a year or more .... and I always go M40.
It's a no-brainer, particularly right now with the 50mph limit on the M1 from Luton to Milton Keynes.
Tough break James, those hours seem particularly cruel.
The Company I work for has a 24/7/365 call centre, so they're open for the whole 24 hrs on xmas day.
I once suggested to my MD what a waste of time and money this was because who the hell is gonna call up on xmas day.
He told me over the...
Bearing in mind all the angst and hand-wringing going on just lately on this board, I am actually seriously interested in the answers to this question ...
Would you rather be sitting in 3rd place in Npower League 1, having not been beaten in the League for almost 50 games and scoring goals for...
Am I the only one to see the irony in this Heskey debate being played out on a thread titled 'Bergkamp joins Brighton'?
The parallels are uncanny.
People on here are creaming themselves over the possibility that a Bergkamp might be signing, principally because a Bergkamp in past years was an...
Brighton Hove and Sussex Grammar School For Boys ... to give it the full title when I went there!
I won't pretend I liked the place ... but we had a quality Football Team.
5 of the 11 played regularly for Brighton boys, and 4 of those 5 played for Sussex boys too.
Nobody beat us!
The school...
Carragher is the classic marmite footballer. A bit like Heskey, and Lampard and David James and many others over the years.
Half the nation love him ... half the nation hate him (as a footballer, none of us know him as a person).
Each half will never agree with the other half's opinion.
I'm of...
I have several friends who were STH at St. Andrews last season and they are consistent in their view of both players, i.e.....
Scott Dann = Premiership player
Cameron Jerome = Parks player
They'd take any bid over 50p to get rid of Jerome, but they talk silly telephone numbers for Dann.
So just for clarity, can you confirm ..... it was far worse of him to send this 12 year old a little picture of his willy, than it would have been if he'd gone to her house and shot her between the eyes with a Smith & Wesson?
Interesting in that rag that Palace want Chris Lines?
Weren't we after him once?
If he's available for just £100k ... petty cash to our TB ... why not try and get him in as a squad player?
It could prove a decent bit of business .... and piss Palace off into the bargain!
Win, win.
