Sadly yes!! we are also being asked to return 2 days a week, out of my team of 8 i've had 1 ask for a rise to cover the fuel of traveling to work and another refusing to come in on any days other than tues/weds as they have 'commitments' that work will have to fit around....ffs I sort of...
