This is what happens when the squad gets more than 48hrs to train and prepare between games. Hopefully this European break can give us a chance to get our season back on track.
Not been there in a few years, but there was a nice little independent sports shop on Grand Parade just a bit further along from St Peters Church. My mum got me football boots from there years ago.
Never understand why people think it's 'toffs'. I know loads of working class people who either hunt (within the law) or support/follow.
I couldn't be any less toff if I tried, and here I am joining the Quorn Hunt on Boxing Day a few years back, whilst being your 'typical squaddie' (private...
Great turnout for the traditional Boxing Day meet of the Cheshire Hunt today in Tarporley. Took my daughter and she loved it. High Street and all cafes and pubs packed from one end to the other.
There's a famous Brighton fan called nick something, who is an actor or director I think.
Sure I once saw one of his films and there was a Brighton poster on the wall in a room in one of the scenes.
I presume Mary Earps couldn't be there in person as being a week day she would have had to of been at home to cook dinner for her husband when he got home from work?
Maybe it's got something to do with having a game or a days travelling here there and everywhere, every few days, which means the players are not getting to practice the shapes and routines as much, RDZ doesn't get as much time on the training pitch with them, and the likes of Welbeck and March...
Just watched it. Looks a lot of fuss about nothing. I do wish people would try and be a bit more reasonable/impartial when slagging off referees. If that had been the other way round and Wissa was holding the ball, you'd all be having a go at him for trying to delay the free kick when we're a...
Of course he doesn't. He's a young kid, in a foreign country, learning a foreign language thousands of miles from home. He's in at the deep end because of a ridiculous injury crisis.
If we'd paid £35 million for him from a European giant I'd not be pulling you up for your comments, but to be...
With the injury crisis we've had this year, I'm not expecting anything to be honest. If we don't make the top 8 - 10 but finish somewhere 11th - 15th and still retain our DNA, then I'll be satisfied it's as a result of the injuries and just a blip on our upward trajectory.
Guy Butters used to post on here, and I'm sure we were in the Championship at the time. Did he ever get any Premier League minutes for Spurs?
I also played in the same 5-a-side team as Bob Booker and Matt Hicks.
